The Ruins
After Mrs BB got back from her 1.5 mile swim she does at least three times a week, we had a cuppa before heading off into the cold and wind for a short local walk from our house. We have a few ruins nearby; the one I've blipped we can see from our attic balcony.
After retiring from the police, I was a courier for six years and got talking to an older gentleman, Les, who told me that he lived in this 'ruin' back in the 1950's. How it's got to such a state I don't know, but probably vandals, like the quaint medieval church I blipped a couple of weeks ago, that was in use to about 1980.
