Proof

They say the the proof of the pudding is in the eating and I can tell you that Carlos' dinner was delicious!

The spicy chicken and Bombay potatoes were a big hit, so fragrant and aromatic and just plain gorgeous!

It was the perfect meal to end a nice relaxed day which included lots of knitting and a spot of swimming (750m to be precise!)

Now to round off the weekend with a movie and some more knitting. It's been a lovely weekend, just what I needed after first week back.
