Yogurt lollies!

This is how we started the day while the others slept! I was delighted when, at the end of the day, my lovely little princess helper said that was her favourite moment of the day!

We went to the Science and Industry Museum, where we had lunch. It was wonderfully empty! We watched two comedians explaining to the children how a steam engine worked-hilarious and very educational! Finally, we walked round Manchester. The Christmas market had attracted millions of people ! Too many! They all went into the round library while Ro and I went for a drink in the station. There I met a stranger who turned out to be French and we had a lovely conversation while we waited for the others to turn up to catch the train home! Standing room only!
