Harrowing

Well we waited a long time because we had to feel strong enough, but tonight we went to see "I Daniel Blake". People were being turned away as our local cinema was sold out. The audience was elderly. I think the government should have to watch it. They can't know what they are doing - surely?

The local food bank was giving out leaflets.
Coincidently my rucksack of warm clothing and toiletries and treats for the homeless was collected today

It is unbelievably and sickening that this is reality in one of the richest countries in the world.
