Sollicitor's Greetings!

Went to work, worked, went back home.  Block 2 of the new curriculum is winding down.  Next week, the first-year students will have their periodic exams and for the first time, the winter break will be a real break.  The older years are still following the old system and won't be having their exams till the end of January.  When we get back, the first years will start with Block 3, a block of only four weeks, wherein I'll be teaching Project Management for the first time.  You can imagine how full my head is at the moment, getting wrapped around this new subject.  The funny thing, though, is that I'm already teaching it to some second-year groups and I find it to be peanuts.

Late this afternoon, a heavy envelope arrived in the mail from our sollicitors, about the pending case between hubby's six other siblings and hubby, bro-in-law J and sis-in-law D.  The judge will be hammering down the final decision this coming Wednesday.  The envelope contained the full documentation submitted to the court by our sollicitors.  The arguments appear to be watertight, but, then, we can't think of any other arguments to forward, and we know the other party have run out of ammunition, too.  Wouldn't it be a neat surprise if hubby and J won this one?  We don't dare get excited.  Hubby finds it all rather stressful.  The Xmas card is pretty, though, doubtless purchased partially with the thousands we've paid them ... hahaha!  Money well spent!
