RIP George

Today we attended the funeral of a very special and exceptional young man. It was a celebration of the life of George Anderson who was killed in a top-dressing plane accident near Gisborne in the North Island. His funeral was held in a hangar at the Omaka Airfield and was attended by hundreds and hundreds. The hangar was full with many standing. There was a fly-past of planes in honour of George. Here his close family stand by the hearse to watch the fly-past.
