Water Play....

Maisie and I had a river walk this morning in glorious sunshine following a small amount of overnight rain. Here she is having a play in the river. Then I visited my favourite “Real Food” Shop for Christmas cake ingredients. It’s late in the day to make Christmas cake I know but our family members do enjoy eating it.
Our lovely friend Priscilla and her girls spent time with us late this morning. Priscilla kindly used her powered hedge clippers to cut our Teucrium Hedge, then the big banksia rose, a vigorously growing jasmine and finally some pittosporum on our western boundary. Her two girls did a great job of raking up the clippings and loading them on our trailer. We were so grateful for their hard work. This evening I raked and mowed our lawns.
