Today's the day ......................... to await the arrival

We're awaiting the arrival of Barbara.

She's not due until tomorrow but we've already been warned that she will make her presence felt in a variety of ways - and none of them are good.  It seems to be a case of battening down the hatches and hoping that she will blow through without doing too much damage.

In the meantime, we're awaiting the arrival of something altogether much nicer - nephew William and Chloe - who are stopping off tonight on their way north.  They've already had to sort out a slight hitch on the way but hopefully they'll be here soon. 

Unlike Barbara - it will be so nice to see them .......................... 


PS Just noticed I blipped the same shot three years ago!  Every year the lights get bigger and better.
