Red Team

I had to work this morning, so it meant that we got up and out quite early. Katie did some clarinet before we left and took her breakfast with her to eat at work. We stopped off to get a parcel that we'd missed yesterday - it was some gorgeous Christmas items I had ordered from the lovely Mrs Pink. Katie has some beautiful reindeer ears/antlers that she has refused to take off the whole day, apart from when she was on stage.

She did really well whilst I was in work - she ate breakfast, did some colouring and sat watching Nativity 3 as I finished & while my bosscame to see me (and bring chocolates!) We went to a nearby sandwich shop and got jacket potatoes for lunch before we went to the panto. Double sohow day today. The bad weather wasn't great, which is an interesting problem when the theatre is housed within a giant big top. Thankfully the main issues came in between the shows and by the time we returned from a trip for tea the stage and seating had been dried after the leak. The girls have spent most of their waiting time doing beads. I took two massive boxes and they had a complete ball. After the first show, they had a red team cast photo in their finale outfits. They danced particularly beautifully in the second show - the principal, the assistant principal, the head girl and bunch of people the girls all know were watching tonight. They gave it their A-Game!

Half the red team are having a sleep over together. It was all seriously exciting!
