Christmas Day!

A lovely warm and fuzzy Christmas Day morning with all presents gratefully received and given. And here they all are, with Tess dodging Thumper's paws as he mauled his mouse present while lazing in a basket, Dave showing Max his latest chew toy which awaited imminent destruction and Sam contemplating the scene or perhaps reflecting on which chocolate to eat for breakfast.

The afternoon and to Mums where my sisters family awaited for a get together amid present swapping. All very generous and happy faces. My mum likes it when she sees us all together. Dad is in charge of pre-guest arrival hoovering and ensuring everyone has a liquid refreshment, mum is in charge of...everything else. We took the dogs hoping they'd behave and they started kind of well, a few excited tail wags aside and grumbles at strangers (to her) from Betty Boo. Then Cheryl headed off with her lot to their dinner while we stayed on with mum and dad for food, glorious food. And the dogs? They were good as gold.
