Family

Another busy day, but full of fun and family. Amanda left at 6 for work, and Mr L proceeded to clean and tidy while I sorted the girls, took them with me to stock up on lunch supplies and J (no1 son) loaded 3 films onto my memory stick.

Brother and fiancée + Cuthbert (never did understand why one would call a dog Cuthbert) arrived about 11am and BIL and 2 nephews at around 1pm. We all enjoyed a sociable lunch and then took Dogs and went to the beach while Mr L and Megan, neither of whom could be bothered to go for a walk were given the task of clearing up and washing up.

After tea and more chitchat on our return from the beach, the visitors eventually left, as Amanda arrived home. off out for an Indian in the evening before the girls and their parents also made their way home.

The only blot on the day was the non appearance of sparks789. Unavoidable but the girls had been looking forward to seeing her, and were a wee bit disappointed. Another time Sarah.
