Friends

Oh what a wonderful day! I took me out of Lordswood, but today relived some of the very happy times we had there.

Friends and next door but one neighbours for 37 years, Marie and Jim arrived just after 12 today and we spent the next several hours catching up on each other's news, our families and mutual friends. We had a leisurely lunch and then Marie and I walked Dog to the beach (the aging, creaky men took the car).

We returned for tea and more catching up in the warm! It was a fabulous day, and if you read this Marie, thank you for coming, it was wonderful to catch up!
