David's Tree

This is the Monkey Puzzle tree that we planted for him.  As you can see it is still alive. But I am concerned about the yellow tips.

It was another sunny freezing day.

The extras are Murphy trying to bury a bone, but the ground was too hard and a lavender looking as if it is about to flower.

Having lazed in bed for a while I've then had a productive day.  The wall that I intend to paint in the study has been washed.  The shirting board at the bottom is being replaced.  I've given the replacement two coats of primer. My daughter had some shelves in her room that weren't really the correct colour to go with her new walls.  I've varnished one set a different colour.  I'll do the other two tomorrow.

And I've made some turkey soup.
