Hazel bark

I had a short walk today, hoping to take some photographs, but nothing really struck me as interesting and the low slanting light was tricky. I was about to give up when I spotted this dead hazel branch with the bark half peeling away - nothing very special, but through the camera it looked magnificent. There's always an image to be found!
