haha! what a carry on. beefy needs new trainers and it seems to be the in thing these days to go to a running shop and get your gait tested on a running machine with the aim of getting the right shoes to fit your style. beefy's hobbit feet need plenty of cushioning was the verdict (and he has a girly back kick :). he knew that...so decided not to get the £130 pair recommended and we made our excuses.
