Ice Dancing Anyone?

While I would dearly love to look out my window and see a couple heron lacing on skates for a Torvill & Dean routine, I know nothing of the sort is going to happen anywhere but in my imagination.  The thought makes me laugh though.  

The temperature here in the Pacific Northwest this morning is 25 degrees and everything is frozen.  The hummingbirds were waiting at the door for me to put their feeder out.  I'm never going to get over how those tiny things survive in this kind of weather.  I wouldn't last an hour and that would be with coat, scarf, hat, gloves & hand warmers, winter boots and hot tea.
