Oxenhope 15:55

I was at a loose end this afternoon so nipped over to the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway in search of a blip.

Arriving at Oxenhope station is the 15:55 steam-hauled passenger service from Keighley. The train is the Taff Vale Railway no. 85 which is one of the smaller locomotives which would have been unable to cope with the heavy work of the December "Santa" and "Mince Pie" specials. The same train was blipped yesterday by Photopete  leaving Oakworth Station.


The extra is a vintage diesel which was also operating on the line this weekend.
