..Oh cruel is the snow that sweeps Glencoe..

So the last day of the holiday. Up first again....toast and marmalade for breakfast again....feeling crap an hour later again....I'm going to see the doctor this week asap. Six months ago I had a blood test....she said I might be pre-diabetic and wanted me to start some medication......I refused....but now I'm starting to wonder....every time I've felt ill this week it's been after eating sweet things like marmalade. I've been fine today since about 1.00....but I've had nothing sweet.....maybe I need another blood test and a change of diet.

This is where we stayed for the week.....Burn Beag in Glencoe village....three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large sitting room, huge kitchen/dining room, utility room and porch...everything you could possibly need.....spotlessly clean...dishwasher.....outside sitting area....fantastic views. Left at 10.00....drove home through appalling weather....back here by 4.30....to be greeted by the Daughter.....the S & H, YH and Charlie.....it was great to be away....but it's always good to get back to your own bed.
