Today's the day ...................... to walk the dog

Apologies to Mr K for venturing into his patch to search out today's blip - although I'm sure he wouldn't mind at all.

We were really on our way to the Garden Centre to buy this year's packets of seed and something to cheer the tubs up a bit.  It was getting towards the end of the afternoon and I knew that the light lingers around Arnside longer than it does in other places.  It was just beginning to turn that pink colour before the sun sets properly - and the estuary looked a magical place.

And then this dog and its owner walked into my picture just to round things off nicely .........................
