Empty Nest Time

Not just yet though, Sam has applied for places at three Universities and it appears she may be spoilt for choice. All have pro's & con's so it's second visit time and my turn to take her.
A second round of visits and then it will be decision time; East London, Imperial College Of Art or Brighton or is she keeping something up her sleeve- Difficult to tell.
Joshua has his 'Ice Breaker' day with the Army in around a week. One day to convince the selection board that he is worthy of a place on the five day selection week at either Catterick or Pirbright.
And in a new turn of events it appears that Luis, my grandson, may be interested in coming back to the UK and joining the Royal Navy, I shall do everything I can to help him.
At home a cold spell is on the way, the logs should last out, not sure about the coal though.
