Meh

I think January has sucked all my energy. Those grey, damp days that never really get going. I felt like I haven't really woken up today and have had no energy or patience for my young people. I hope they'll forgive me.

I took a long walk home through the quarry in the rain and it was most cathartic.

Pizza also helped.
