January the 74th

How on earth is it still January? This has to be the longest, draggiest January EVER. It hasn't even been bad; it's been busy and mostly good but just seemingly eternal.
Thank goodness it's February tomorrow.

Strava tells me that my old running shoes and I ran over 950 miles together. That's about 400 more miles than we really should have run together. It's fair to say that last night I ran with a spring in my step.

After school this morning we headed to Telford for Youth Ministry Network. I don't think I realised how tired I was until I got there. It's usually such a great time of catching up with friends and colleagues but I had no time or energy for people or conversation today. I got home at 3pm and went straight to bed.
