Odie's Antiques

It's not been much of a day, low cloud and mist, with light drizzle showers throughout the day.

It's been another busy day of visitors in the museum.  I assume most of the Up Helly Aa tourists will be leaving today, maybe a few staying a bit longer.  Popped down to Sandwick after tea, and then along sister Laura.  Me and mam later went for a run to Lerwick.  Quiet night in now, with the telly of course.

I went for a lunchtime walk around the town, and ended up at the antique shop.  There's all sorts of old Shetland bric a brac and books.  Great to have a look, but didn't purchase anything today.  I also had a fine yarn with Darren Odie, who tells me his shop is moving in the next few days to a better part of the street.  Darren pictured, taken at the Sooth End of Commercial Street, Lerwick.
