House in South Hadley

This afternoon I presented my show on birds of the Massachusetts coast to a retirement community in South Hadley (across the river from Northampton). Over forty persons attended--ages starting at 79, according to the organizer, paying close attention, with numerous good questions afterwards. A very rewarding experience.

On the way home we passed this lovely home, with one of the longest porches I've seen. I've added it to my local house series. It's fun to view large.
