Lion

Husband went to get number two son back from university for the weekend. It was great to have him back in the house. Went to pilates and then back for leisurely lunch. 

Walked into town to take some jogging bottoms back and for some fresh air. It wasn't cold and it was a nice plod along the river. Got some coloured icing for son number two to make a superbowl-themed cake. 

This lion is an iconic image of Reading and dominates one of the parks near the town centre. He was looking particularly impressive against the blue, blue sky.

Got home and settled down to knit while the men watched the rugby.
