beth danced in the snow from the tree to the car when I picked her up tonight...!

it was weird having the kids off today - we did a lot of lolling around all morning. beth went off to ronan's, peg watched stuff on her ipad and daisy watched the pottery throw down with me. she hates sarah cox but I don't mind her.

I did some work then went on the trampoline for 40 minutes cross training. then I did the 30 minute stretch and my legs have felt tingly all evening. they're dreading the two hour run tomorrow that's what it is...

we watched some west wing but had to switch it off as beefy was sleeping through it. he's pretty busy at work just now...
