Circles

One of the things I like about photography is that it makes me notice details that I would possibly otherwise not acknolwedge.  These circular patterns in the stone work of a local building caught my eye as I passed.  I immediate through them very pleasing - not just their uniformity but the way they protrude with a curved finish from the brickwork.  I wonder where and how they were made and whether this is a common design feature on buildings of this - Edwardian I think.
