It's still there!

Much excitement at 7am - not only was the snow still there but also C had a date planned with his new girlfriend. This is the first girlfriend who is more than just a named girl. They were to the sweet shop with a mutual friend. C was a bit nervous, and I guess his girlfriend must have been too. There has been much texting and messaging all day. D was put out that C off to sweet shop so I went on a date with him to the sweet shop and to buy some seed potatoes (I know how to give a boy a good time lol!).
A ran the Carnethy5 hill race in the afternoon. Normally we would support this race but it was blowing 40mph northerly winds with driving snow/sleet. We stayed home in front of the cosy fire. A did very well, and has reported it as a very exciting and exhilarating race!
By the time A was back home the snow had been replaced by rain :-(
