I was supposed to do a long run today but opted for a long lie instead. me, peg and daisy did a food shop then watched scotland beat wales at rugby. they were ace.

I made an ace tea, loads of fish, prawns and veg in a soy, fish sauce steamed with noodles. it was fantastic.
