Early chapels

Tricia's coven met today so two of us piggy-backed on that and visited the  nearby site of an early Chapel. At the time it was found, the hype was extensive but one could sense the frustration in the write-up of the excavations that followed when no real evidence emerged to support the grander hypotheses.. 
Good however to get to the beaches on South Uist too - pretty extensive as you can see!
Early night tonight with a 4:30 am start tomorrow to catch the ferry to Oban.
