Anyone For A Swim?

This is the once open air swimming pool at Grange Over Sands.

The weather today proved better than expected although I was glad of my waterproof. The Northern Orienteering Championships were being held at Bigland near Haverthwaite in the Lake District. I tried a short course as a trial to see how various injuries were progressing. It felt so good to be back in the woods despite being very wet underfoot. Quite a bit of work required to get fit again though.
