Bouquet

J & G gave these to Carol last night when we met up for our meal. We had a great time and have promised each other that we will do it again & maybe sooner than the 12months it has been since we met last time. We got to the restaurant at about 1830 last night & didn't get home til almost 2330. Great food, great wine (so I'm told) & great company. J & G have been working & living together for many years now and they have built up a very successful company near Mansfield. It was still a shock however when we left last night to see them climb into a brand new 2day old 2017 Bentley convertible....wow what a car - with a top speed of 207 mph and a price tag to match - wowzers !

Today they were taking my mother to Hartwell House for her birthday which is today. C & I will take her out next week ....Mum is J's adopted mother following a family rift - less said the better.

Wet day
