A quiet day phoned Mum 1st thing then lots of doing nothing which I am fed up with. Have tried to stay off the Tramadol today so I may get to see her  tomorrow - depends on whether the pain lets me sleep.

Less cold with sleety snowy rainy stuff on & off all day. Still a stiff wind .
