another manky trainer shot because I can't bring myself to blip the photo of the outfit beefy was wearing today. we ran from dyce to ellon on the railway track which I was sure was a half marathon but when we got to the edge of ellon my runkeeper said 18k so we kept going til we reached the half - round the gordon park a few times (2hrs 20). it rained most of the way but it was fine. my knee is still struggling in the last few miles, better than it was though. running more upright seemed to help. beefy's fastest half so far. john kindly picked us up and took us back to the car at dyce.

we watched the rugby with some loch ness brewery beer which was lovely. the less said about the rugby the better...

then we watched the first of the oj simpson series - which was good but too long.
