Dry Stone Wall, Martindale

Had some good news today.  My walking partner in crime has had an operation to remove the pressure on his spine.  Fingers are firmly crossed that he will soon be on these fells again.

I've taken myself off to the Lake District for a few days, to recharge my batteries.  It's been a great start with beautiful, if somewhat windy weather.  I was in Cumbria for breakfast and popped in to Haweswater and Martindale on the way to Keswick.  Really tired this evening, so I've quickly edited the images before bed.  I've got plenty more processing to do but I've still included some extras from the day.
