It's Not All Flowers!

But SWMBO did get more roses today.

The sky was a bit bleak when I went out this morning - but it did stay dry despite hints to say otherwise.

Still no joy in spotting the woodpeckers. Even The Twa Craws were reluctant to hang about for pictures.

I was quite surprised to see these mushrooms - and then quite annoyed to find some dog poo hidden under the leaf litter as I walked away. It didn't half stink!
But I had managed t get rid of it before reaching the burn where I saw the first ball PD found yesterday. His paw seems to be fine today by the way.

Although it stayed dry in the morning  it got wet for the afternoon walk - and I had forgotten to pick up a towel for PD! So I had to take him back to our house to dry him after his walk and before taking him in to Bags' house.
