Dunblane- best place to live?

Where is the best place to live in the Britain? Well, according to the latest guide Dunblane is one of twelve areas in Scotland that meets the criteria of community spirit, culture, housing and even the quality of the local coffee.
 
This annual guide is published by the Sunday Times.
The other areas are:
North Berwick ( tops the list) followed by Dunblane, Banchory, Crammond, Cromarty, Dundee, Gairloch, Shawlands ( Glasgow) Helensburgh, Killearn, Melrose and Orkney.
 
So you can see why developers are so keen to get their hands on every bit of green space in the area.
 
And why people are moving north of the Border (with or without the dreaded second Referendum).
