Big Girl

An early blip today but it couldn't be anything else! Bella started secondary school today. Which is odd as I am clearly not old enough to have a daughter old enough to go to secondary school.

Anyway, as the others are still off, it was a very gentle start for her. We'd packed her bag yesterday, making sure she had various forms filled in and cheques written. There was even time for MrRoly to FaceTime her before best friend Josh arrived to walk with her!

I'm not sure what we'll do for the rest of the day yet - it is dry but overcast. There is also a cat scratching post thing being delivered at some point. But the natives are restless so something will have to happen.

A much better might last night - the hives are fading now and have stopped itching. Interestingly, the larger ones on my thighs seem to have bruised the skin. Which is a new and not altogether exciting development!
