Blip friends!

What a busy day we've had today.

It started with feeding the ducks at Peasholm Park, followed by a family pedal ride. Kerr was in charge of steering the boat, which resulted in us doing rather a lot of bumping in to things - it felt more like a dodgem ride at times!

Next stop was a walk along the North Bay beach, climbing on the rocky wall as we went. This led us to the Sealife Centre so we visited there as we had a few hours to kill. Kerr wasn't too keen on the indoor part of the Sealife Centre, I think because it was really dark. He did enjoy the penguins and otters outside though. We had our picnic lunch at the outdoor seating area here.

Kerr and Kerrsdaddy then got soaked on the famous water slide next to the Open Air theatre. I remember going on this several times as a child on family holidays, and it hasn't changed at all.

We then met up with Katie and her mummy! They were also in Scarborough this weekend so it was fabulous to be able to meet up and spend a couple of hours together. We went for coffees and then all boarded the miniature train which took us round to Scalby Mills and back again. Kerr and Katie seemed to get on quite well and even started arguing over things after only having met each other - they must have felt at ease!

We took Katie and her mummy to the train station on our way back to the caravan site.

An exhausting but fun packed day.
