German dolls in Finnish market

Today in Lahti, Finland it was street market Wednesday. I saw dozens of stalls selling every conceivable item from all types of food to clothing, collectibles, antiques - to almost everything inbetween.

I spotted these dolls and saw from the label that they were made in Germany. Maybe another blipper can share with us some information about this type of doll. Next to them were small model cars, some made in Russia and others from USA.
