Coquetdale spring

It was a very local walk for our group today - I took this on my way along Hillside to meet the others. Then we went onto the moor and diwn by Cragside and home, less than 6 miles, but lovely in the spring sunshine.

The host has requested we all take tapas for tonight's pooled supper. I am roasting some small red peppers and stuffing them with cous cous, roasted red onion, pinenuts and majoul dates. Sarah is making prawns, Linda a pork and chorizo meatball dish, Chris anchovy eggs, Gerry a frittata- who'll do patatas bravas I wonder!
