Fritillary

This little plant was in a pot with other spring flowers, and subsequently transplanted into a border where it disappeared for a year or two. And now it reappears. It's a pretty little thing.

It was Discussion group this morning - freedom of speech. A lot was said about "fake news", Joan needed to borrow my copy of the book we are reading for next Monday, so I walked over to deliver it in the afternoon, as it was a lovely sunny spring day for a 2 mile walk.

I see the Guardian is going to feature Rothbury in its magazine in the "Let's Move to" section. A real town, unlike Frimplington, Suffolk, the April Fool from Saturday.
