How many birds is too many?

Realise I'm becoming a bit predictable with the avian friends but the trouble is they're just always there and require next to no effort on my part. I will try harder, but for today here's a starling and for good measure a greenfinch in the extras.

A great day for gardening, cooking, preparing for work tomorrow and booking a lightening trip to Lerwick later in the month. Very exciting but consecutive nights on the boat. Hope the wind drops
