for Pooh Sticks

Whilst in East Sussex one had  to visit  Ashdown Forest.

It was delightfully quiet on a walk down to Pooh Bridge, seen here.

On contemplating "Wind in the Willows" I was reminded of a cartoon that I had seen many years ago, which depicted two brown bears sitting beneath a tree engaged in conversation.  Winnie was seen to approach and the caption simply read:  "You're Winnie the What?"
