Keswick

Just like yesterday, we didn't manage to leave the house until midday. We drove over to Keswick intending to take a boat out on Derwent Water for a couple of hours but they didn't have any motor boats available until Friday.
We wandered around the town and had a look at the hPuzzling Place which was fun and good for a photo or 2.
Keswick is very  much geared up for the tourists. There's even crazy golf. It's a bit like Great Yarmouth with scenery.
We had a great lunch in the Wainwright then headed home  mid afternoon.
The grown ups ventured out for a little walk and had a few very expensive drinks in a pub up the road.
Home now for chilli and cheese-smothered accompaniments.
