Lizard adventures....

My first week over!!! AND, I survived. Today I finally felt like I knew what I was doing and I finally became the vet that I usually am in the UK. It's been a tough week but I've met some great people and I have my first weekend ahead of me after a full working week in Melbourne. I had planned plenty for this weekend, basically involving the great outdoors.... The weather however, has had different ideas. Gail force winds, rain and it's COLD!!!!

Oh well...
So, no Eureka Skydeck 88 for me, or the horse riding through the Yarra Valley wineries. Instead, I think I'll head into Melbourne and investigate Fitzroy.

Apologies for the animal pics all week but when I'm at work it's hard to get pictures more interesting, so, this little girl is recovering from being egg bound. She has been my first exotic in patient. She's doing well!
