Apple Blossom
I took my aunt to the station for her to go into Plymouth to meet up with her daughter and her stepson. Met two friends on the platform and we spoke of the excitement of going to the Recycling centre - you never know what treasure you may find and come back with! I headed back to the sofa and continued breaking it down and sorting it for taking to the recycling centre along with 2 old duvets. By the time I was ready it was already getting into the afternoon! Quick stop for chicken food, these animals of mine seem to need constant buying for!
As I was emptying my wood into the huge crate i caught sight of something interesting the man next to me was throwing in - it was an old magazine rack! I put it in my now empty bag after checking no one was looking - you are not supposed to take things out of the crates! I then found an old black metal box and a metal obelisk in the place one can buy stuff they have retrieved from the crates!
I was home with just time to have a coffee and then back to the station to collect my aunt and take photos of the apple blossom! She had had a lovely time at the Barbican and had seen The Mayflower Steps, and bought a top in the Edinborough Wool Shop! We made dinner, her reading out the instructions from the recipe card - we got quite hysterical as every step started with the words "meanwhile....!"
Early night for us as we were both so tired!
