Back to work today. We had a rather different INSET day, which included a quiz. I managed to help our team achieve 17/20 in the capital cities round! All those hours spent watching Pointless have clearly not been wasted ;)

Then off to the rehab, where  had a new aromatherapy class starting. This worked well.
One of the students has ADHD. I noticed he likes colouring while he listens. I'm going to try and find him some geometric pattern sheets to colour in  next week. Never dull!

At home now, I am ridiculously tired. That's the problem with work.
