Wild Bird Hunt

Returned to the Penny Bank to investigate 'the new concept' after refurbishment following Pilates. Only a new window bar all the other tables were still the same. New kitchen area grey walls and new lighting. Not a long table in sight. So we will be returning although the locals did lament the change of food menu to burgers from the bistro style food.

This afternoon was so lovely we enjoyed a long walk from the house. The birds were in full song so I decided to try and capture something. Spotted a Goldfinch and Blue Tit but they were both too far away for a decent shot. Lots of Orange Tips about in the hedgerows too. However closer to home this Robin obliged by posing on a lower branch.
