Roslyn chapel

from the outer wall.

We drove over to Crieff to visit a friend who lived on Mull a few years ago, another sunny day with light traffic - a sat nav comment and have yet to work out what it means - resulting in an enjoyable day out. No pics taken and on the return journey a detour to see where the chapel is situated. The place was closed for the evening, perhaps another visit before leaving on Wednesday. Concession entry fee is £7.00 each, I think we might go for this one, York Minster was given the thumbs down at £9.00 each. It's understandable that historic buildings need an income but how on earth can families afford to visit. As in all walks of life 'someone somewhere must know what they are doing' ......hmnnnn I can imagine the comments to that.
